"The [aerospace and defense] industry's biggest challenge...is finding quality workforce to support, sustain, and grow the industry for the future," states the Oklahoma Aeronautics Commission Aero Education. Let's taco 'bout this Food Truck Challenge at Putnam City Academy! 🌮Students brought the heat with their own food truck idea and then made it come to life by creating their own products, menu, and model truck. The winner was chosen based on which truck made the most profit. Great job to the entrepreneurial students and Mrs. Birkes!

We escaped the rain and caught up with students and teachers at the Putnam City Academy today! The rain definitely didn't dampen their creativity as we saw students working on everything from fashion design to crocheting, painting to even cooking. We can't wait to come back and try out some of those chicken fajitas 😉 #GoBoldly
